Project management lab:

Turning regional development ideas into delivered projects

We design, lead and support projects for communities, local authorities, development agencies and businesses — and we teach them to do it on their own. We prove competence with delivered projects, not marketing copy.

05

Expert consultant

Targeted support: budget, procurement, reporting

06

Training organiser

Trainings, workshops and events tailored to the project’s needs

Team & community

Lab residents plus outside experts brought in for specific projects

Four residents are responsible for management, training and donor communication. For each project, the community adds experts — in energy, healthcare, education, procurement. An expert’s profile is linked to their projects and publications.

«We don’t write projects «for» someone — we teach the community to do the next one on its own.»
